Using Delphi 2007 + V. 6.48 + ExtendedBorders.
Clicking on the Maximize button does not maximize the form. It moves it to the top of the screen, but the form size stays the same.
Double-clicking on the title bar, or using the left-side system menu "Maximize" command both work correctly.

Also, it is only when there is a TMainMenu on the form.

I should also mention using Delphi 2007.

This issue is fixed in the 6.60 release.
