How do I properly disable a tab in a PageControl?

If some TabSheet is disabled then Tab of this sheet is drawn as disabled, but this TabSheet is accessible still. If we click on disabled tab then the page will be opened. Sometimes may be needed to forbid access to disabled tabsheet.

The TsPageControl has the AccessibleDisabledPage property which is Enabled by default (standard behavopr of control). If this property is False, then TabSheet will not be accessible if not enabled.
