Resizing of images in TsAlphaImageList, using same image in different sizes.

The TsAlphaImageList keeps all images when sizes of the component is changed. So, Width and Height properties may be changed on the fly without losing of images.

But. What if buttons and menus must have same glyphs, but with different sizes? The TsVirtualImageList can do that. This component may be used as usual ImageList with own sizes where all images are received from the source TsAlphaImageList component.
