You can disable srStdDialogs property before dialog showing and enable it after dialog closing. This dialog will not be skinned in this case.

When control is disabled then he will be just alphablended, there is no special options in the editor..

If you uses TsLabel then you can set UseSkinColor property to False.

If Label is standard then you can change the Tag property to -98.
Another way of control skinning forbidding – using SkinProvider.OnSkinItem event.
