      Also please note that the minimize icon does not disappear and it will not reappear if you re-add the minimize button.

        Never mind. I solved the problem. Interesting though. During complicated loading processes, I used a loading frame (frame with panel and fx label) before showing the main frame. This apparently caused the repaint problem. Removed it and it is fine.

        Finally loaded v7 and love it. Thanks.

          Interesting article, but again no scenario as to when/if a fix for the magnifying glass issue.

            Then perhaps Alpha Controls should go back to what works in version 6x and wait until Microsoft releases a fix if it ever does.

              No, it is not a Windows 7 issue because the magnifying glass in alpha controls version 6x works perfectly.

                  Raize Components has a TRzCheckTree.
