        yep it works but when i try to open it with splitter.state:=ssopened it won't work

        check out the code attached , once you click the button it won't restore

          yes the problem wasn't caused by the skin actually after all I solved the problem by adding some extra lines when OnTopLeftChanged event triggers anyway thanx a lot for your help 🙂
