It controls the reflection of the button's glyph.

          Hmmm… try to increase button's height <img src="style_emoticons//rolleyes.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”rolleyes.gif” />
I tried the effect with PNG glyph, and all worked perfectly.

Maybe the reason in your case is, that you are using different imagelist than TsAlphaImageList.
This property works only if the images are stored in a TsAlphaImageList!
With other image lists like PNGImageList, it doesn't work for me also.

              Best regards

Reflections are supported completely if TsAlphaImagelist component is used or if Glyphs have 32-bit format (Bmp or Png). Other formats and ImageLists will support this property soon too.

“Other formats and ImageLists will support this property soon too.” – great!
