Hello Darren
This version have a lot of improvements and new features, but package will be fully compatible with version 8.
You will not have problems with that, I think.
Here is a short list of changes: http://www.alphaskins.com/v9.txt
Compiled demo: http://www.alphaskins.com/sfiles/900/askindemo.exe
If you want I can give you this version already now.

I think this is not an error, because a clear response is expected by the user. The user have only the choice between Yes and No, abort the action is not provided 🙂
February 15, 2014 at 11:14 am #51557Yes, it's a behaviour of standard Windows MessageBox dialog (not Delphi).
“Close” title icon is not disabled because standard ways for receiving of the icon state doesn't work there.

Hi Serge,
yep I'd love to get this version now if you could 🙂
I had a look at the text file of the changes you linked to and I think, judging from what I can deduce from the new property names, that there are some really great new additions 🙂
Regards
Darren

My small project needs it 🙄

I'd just like to congratulate you on today's release of AlphaControls 2014 (version 9.0).
I took a look at the changes page
http://www.alphaskins.com/showdoc.php?l=en&n=16
and might I say an unreserved well done. Pure genius what you're doing at the moment.
Looking forward to a productive and inspiring year 🙄 :a7: :a3:

February 28, 2014 at 3:46 pm #51620Using DisabledImages doesn't seem to work with 9.00beta, its always showing the enabled glyh even if the button of TsToolBar is disabled.

Congrats for the new version. That looks very promising. One question though: are third party controls like VirtualExplorerTreeview and similar also handled? For example, can you change the scrollbar width of a third party control as well now? I don't want to install the beta just yet because of time constraints.
Thanks
Uwe
February 28, 2014 at 6:22 pm #51622Hello Serge,
I like the new function for discoloring glyphs. You plan also discolor glyphs in menus, List- and TreeViews in the future? Or how I prepare a ImageList for discolored glyphs at runtime?
March 8, 2014 at 6:30 am #51656Yes, discoloring of all glyphs is in plans.
