Yes it was. 5 hours later all the lists are populated now. I have no idea why. In the meantime I've continued to work on the UI, changing properties etc and at some point the combobox in the object inspector was not empty anymore.
Maybe SkinManager is not accessible from this form in design-time?
Maybe form with SkinManager is closed? Can I look it remotely somehow?
I have the same problem. Maybe it interferes with some other component-packs editor. Didnt look to far into it, but that is my top guess.
