      Hello!

      I see version 9.17 of demo on your screenshots. Are you sure that version 10 has same problem? I can't repeat it on my PC…

        Attached picture showing you 10.15 of demo and steps …

        Steps: Open demo 10.15 Then Choose Extended Borders OFF (*) and change active Tabs (1 > 2) and then resize form To reproduce It.

        (*) on screenshot you can see others current skin options, maybe it can help you
