your bug are the same like i posted in Out of memory when adding skins(internal skins) AC 11.11

I think this bug is related to the locale or cp(charactor pagecode),and only the full version has this bug ,not lite version.

you can create a new windows7 64bit in vmware to test it.I just do this to get this bug.

maybe you can just change your system code page like this “How to change system locale in Windows 8 and Windows 7 to simple chinese or any other asian language code page

the after reboot , to test if the bugs is relatvie to cp or not.

this bug is still existing in 11.12 stable version….and may affcet most mult-lan apps using ac in none en-us OS which most asian customer use.
