I have installed the Jam Software components and tested the TJamShellTree with AlterMetro skin, but can't repeat the error unfortunately.

Could you help me with demo where this error is repeated, please?

I'm a C++ builder user.

Attached is the demo.

It will pop up 'Division by zero' message when the application starts.
