The link is http://www.alphaskins.com/getfile.php from the registered users download page, latest stable version 13.16 (03.06.2018).
I installed the Delphi version and then just compiled the Builder version.

Hello!
It looks like you have a conflict of files from different versions of the AlphaControls package.
Try to remove old files before installing new version, do not forget to clear a folder with x64 units.
