Customizing sPageControl background color and height

The TsPageControl have additional 'TabsLineSkin' property, you can define a skin section there, which will be used for filling of tabs background.

But this line can't have height more then height of active tab.

Hello

The Padding property will be added in the v14.11

This property will allow to make height of this line bigger.
