May this issue be repeated in the demo-app?

Hi,

I can’t see it happening in the demo app.

Here is a simple demo of it happening (attached).

All this demo is is a borderless form showing a dialog. When the dialog is closed, you can visually see the bottom row of pixels get removed from the form. However the actual form height property remains the same. (Make sure you have a skin selected.)

I’m running Delphi 10.3.2.
