Description
Used only in the skinned mode and contains data and methods, which common for all components from the AlphaControls package. This property manages the skin drawing for owned control and have important SkinSection property, that defines - what kind the control will have. If SkinSection will be empty or will contains unexisting section, then control will be unskinned.
