Another problem after upgrade to v13.16. On frames all buttons (include TodayBtn) working well, but on forms all are blinking when mouse over.

I have noticed another problem with ListView.

When all columns are adding programaticaly then some of them are automaticaly hiden. Even if column width is set. When we have to see unvisible columns we have to resize columns by mouse.
