Repaint form problem

It's almost OK, but I have problem with forms in design-time.

If I am compiling source with directive “{$DEFINE CHANGEFORMSINDESIGN}” i'ts not working with all components.

This key changes a color of forms in design-time, but other controls and parts of forms should not be changed.

I will check it soon.
