I tried use it in english OS and it worked well.

I think this bug is only exist on zh-cn OS.Because I and him are both using zh-cn OS

I found you take the file which I gave you into this folder “RESTraditionalChinese”.

But it is only for “RESSimplifiedChinese”.Please fixed it.

Yes,the v8.2 also contains the wrong resource file in the dir “resSimplifiedChinesesString.res”.

I only modified the sString.res.It works well.

The Chinese chars in sString.rc is correct by ANSI.But I don't know the correct value the “LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH,0” in sString.rc is.Maybe this should be “LANGUAGE LANG_SimplifiedChinese,number”.But I can't sure.
