Yes,the v8.2 also contains the wrong resource file in the dir “resSimplifiedChinesesString.res”.

I downloaded it here: http://www.alphaskins.com/sfiles/alite.zip

I found you take the file which I gave you into this folder “RESTraditionalChinese”.

But it is only for “RESSimplifiedChinese”.Please fixed it.
