I get an error installing the component package. “TinyJPG.pas file not found”

I get the same error in Delphi 7 and XE5. How can we do?

Please check if 'acTinyJpg.dcu' or 'acTinyJpg.pas' file exists in your directory with the package units.

If this unit doesn't exists there, then package was not fully unpacked, seems. Try the standard Windows zip-unpacker.

Which link has been used for download of the package?

I downloaded this link from Delphi7.

The acTiniJPEG.dcu file exists but is looking for the .pas file when installing the component.

As you will see on the screen image.

I opened it with Winrar .zip file.

What can I do?

I did it exactly as you wrote it. But again the “acTinyJPG.pas” file is missing

The Pas file is not required if Dcu file exists.

But this DCU file must be compatible with your compiler.

You should be sure that correct package is downloaded. I see on your screenshot, that you uses Delphi 2006 files for compiling on the Delphi 6, it's not correct.
