The editor is failing to create the needed folder. As a workaround you can create the needed folder for the unpacked skin by hand.

If you create the folder “C:Users…DesktopaskineditorSkinsAlterMetro”, you can unpack the skin AlterMetro.

Thank you, reason of the problem really is in creation of directory. New editor will be available very soon.
