bad form borders repainting in Windows 10

In my MDI C++ Builder app, when 2 form overlap, their borders show a confused pattern made by parts of each of them (see attachment). This happen in Windows 10, not in Windows 8.1. Obviously setting DrawNonClientArea to false the problem is solved by we obtain only standard Windows borders.
