Try to set the TsSkinManager.AnimEffects.FormShow.Active property to True.
Image of whole form will be prerendered before showing in this case, showing will be faster and without white parts of background. Time of animation you can set to 0 (if animation effect should not be used).
Please, write here if white parts are shown still.
