it gives the feeling as if everything is skinned except for those components.
for example, even the background of the cxgrid (dx patch applied) does have a nice color (not white)…

see the background of devex cxgrid which has a color relevant to the skin
while the treeview (and other components are the same) is white as if it isnt skinned at all

Why you think that file is bad?

You can download and look the main demo, Saphire skin exists there too.

Друг, вышли плиз на почту[mailforwork@bk.ru] только сам скин – sapphire.asz, мне больше ничего не надо. Потому что пакету меня установлен давно, я его не хочу менять, или ты хочешь сказать что без новой версии пакета данная фишка не поддерживается?

Эта фишка появилась в версии 6.3
В демке для версии 6.37 этот скин есть 100% Он также встроен в Exe там.
