This friend if property is not as False Presents No Problem However Performs No Effect is not Possible Fixing?

Sorry for the Delay is hard to understand but it happens only on some computers when I send a message from another application to the application page I can not restore the Main Application.

Hopefully Get Understanding, Thanks For Attention.
