Missing Close button on some dialogs when sSkinManager.DrawNonclientArea disabled

Just downloaded 13.4.

Red close button is added; however, it does not work.

This a standard behavior of standard Windows MessageBox function.

Close button doesn't work if “Cancel” button doesn't exists.
