Hello All,

I found the problem, In My PC ..BorlandDelphi7Lib folder didn't have dcl31w.dcp

I re-install Delphi 7 lite version then select full-installation not typical. Finally dcl31w.dcp installed in ..BorlandDelphi7Lib and the AplhaSkin can be installed.
