Size of scrollbars in DevExpress QuantumGrid

Размер ползунка устанавливает Devexpress в данном случае. Видимо, просто плохо сочетается этот минимальный размер с некоторыми скинами.

Тема будет перемещена в русскоязычную часть форума.
