Please try latest versions of the package, most issues are solved there.

The problem already exists both in ASkinDemo and ASkinEditor.

These glitches exists after program start immediately or should I do something special?

                  Hello

I think, I'm able to repeat it on my side.

It happens when scaling in Windows 10 is more than 300% only (custom DPI), right?

I will try to fix it soon.

No, my scaling is 250%. There is a serious problem in scaling of menus.
