sPageControl problem with RightToLeft BidiMode

Hello!

TsPageControl is inherited from standard TPageControl component and inherits this behaviour.

I will try to improve there a support of the RightToLeft BiDiMode soon.

Hello! RTL is fully supported in the TsPageControl now.
