      I can't reproduce it in the Delphi 2010. Which Delphi version are you using?

      Can you help me to reproduce it?

        D2007 Pro, all updates applied. To reproduce the error, you'll have to set TacSkinEffects -> AllowGlowing := True in the sSkinManager.
