TsHintManager is deprecated in 10.x version. You can see it in changelog:

Hello

This component has been removed, but I can give you all required files if you need it.

The TsAlphaHints component is recommended for using now.

Ah, so if I remove the old code I will be fine again. Thanks! I don't know why I didn't see that myself but I appreciate the help.
